Internet of Things Engineering College (Information Security College)
On September 15, the Internet of Things Engineering College and the Party Committee of the Officer Academy held the first Party and League education class for the 2025 freshmen, taught by Teacher Xu Rongling, the Secretary of the Student Party Branch and the Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Internet of Things Engineering College. All freshmen of the 2025 class participated.
Teacher Xu Rongling, under the title “Having Faith in the Heart and Strength Underfoot”, used the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s Anti-Japanese War and the World Anti-Fascist War as a starting point, based on the century-long struggle of the Party and the mission of the new era, profoundly explained the essence of the Communist Party of China and its unwavering original mission, allowing the freshmen to deeply understand the core significance of “why join the Party and what is the purpose of joining the Party”.
Subsequently, Teacher Xu combined the “Implementation Rules for the Development of Party Members in the Internet of Things Engineering College (Information Security College)” and the “Implementation Measures for the Recommendation of Youth League Members to Join the Party”, systematically outlined the processes and basic requirements for joining the League and the Party for all freshmen of the 2025 class, pointing out the direction for their future efforts.
Finally, Teacher Xu encouraged all freshmen with the words, “The best remembrance is inheritance, and the best inheritance is struggle!”, urging them to absorb nutrients in the fertile soil of the Internet of Things, to strive actively, and to grow into skilled talents useful to the country and society!
This first Party and League education class is an important part of our college’s efforts to strengthen students’ ideological and political education, and also a vivid embodiment of the integration of Party building and League building, effectively stimulating students’ political enthusiasm and willingness to join the Party and the League.
In the future, the Internet of Things Engineering College (Information Security College) will continue to carry out a series of educational activities to solidify the foundation of ideals and beliefs, laying a solid ideological foundation for cultivating the vocational education talents needed by the country.
