The C to B Model: The Future of the Market According to Jack Ma

In recent years, Jack Ma mentioned that the C to B model will be the future of the market. At that time, I didn’t quite understand what it meant, but I remembered it. When Feng Ge shared some successful projects with me again, I could truly appreciate its intricacies. I recalled that over a decade ago, the class uniform customization by Yi Yi Alliance was essentially a POD model, but back then, the savvy individuals had already applied it to foreign trade. We earned a few dollars per piece, while they made several dollars per piece, and now they are exporting POD machines.

Considering the current economic downturn, the domestic C to B must inevitably take a high-end route. This aligns with a viewpoint from another blogger I follow, who stated that “to make money in the domestic market now, one must serve that small group of wealthy individuals.” Behind these services lies a very core human factor—Tolstoy wrote in his diary that “appetite is hard to overcome, sexual desire is extremely hard to overcome, and vanity is insurmountable.” How do we connect with wealthy individuals? I think this is quite challenging, but it may not be necessary. We can find people who specialize in serving the wealthy and provide excellent service to them. They are the C-end, and we are the B-end.

I remember Mr. Yang Zhenning once said, “Always hope to turn what you have newly learned into your enhanced intuition.” This statement is very profound. I believe that intuition is a skill formed through continuous knowledge acquisition and practical correction. I am very fortunate to have a group of good mentors and friends who selflessly share a lot of experiences. Let’s keep pushing forward!
