HKCIC Holds Level 25 C LanguagePhase One Course Assessment
This assessment aims to evaluate the learning outcomes of new members since their entry, shifting the focus from theoretical memorization to logical construction and practical programming.
The conclusion of the assessment marks the end of the foundational training phase for new students and signifies the official start of a more challenging professional deepening phase.
Part 1
Learning through Assessment, Emphasizing Attitude
The overall situation of this assessment met expectations and objectively reflected the current programming level of the members.
The studio has always adhered to the evaluation principle of “Attitude is more important than ability, and growth is more important than scores”. The assessment results serve only as a reference for the stage of learning, not as a definitive endpoint for individual potential. Our focus is on the members’ research spirit and problem-solving execution when facing technical challenges.
Part 2
Deepening Reforms, Layered Training
To further enhance the quality of talent training and create a rigorous and pragmatic research atmosphere, the studio will comprehensively upgrade its management and training system starting today:

Standardizing Attendance System
Technical accumulation requires time for sedimentation. The studio will implement a stricter attendance and log management mechanism, quantifying learning input and monitoring daily output to eliminate formalism and ensure effective learning time for each member.

Implementing Layered Teaching
Based on assessment results, the studio will abandon the one-size-fits-all training model and implement a layered training plan:
● Advanced Track: For members with solid foundations, aligning with academic competition standards, and starting hardware development and professional competition preparation early.
● Consolidation Track: For members with weaker foundations, through targeted reinforcement training, solidifying theoretical foundations to ensure all members meet standards.

Promoting Mentorship Mechanism
To practice the studio’s “Cooperation, Exploration, and Communication” core culture, we officially launch the “Mentorship Mutual Assistance Mechanism”. By fostering a model of senior members guiding newcomers and mutual growth, we aim to implement technical inheritance and form a positive internal technical ecosystem.
Conclusion
The horn for the new phase has sounded, and we look forward to all members adjusting their states and achieving a dual leap in technology and capability through unremitting efforts on the new journey.
