Recently, Mei Qinggui, the county-level supervisor from the Municipal Party Office, along with a group, conducted an in-depth investigation at the construction site of the embedded sports hall project in Nanchang City. The group included Zhang Liang, the deputy general manager of the group and chairman of the Ganfu Weilu Company, local leaders in charge, and heads of participating units.
Mei Qinggui successively inspected the project planning layout, functional zoning, and construction progress, gaining a detailed understanding of the venue design concept, facility configuration, and subsequent operation plans.
Mei Qinggui pointed out that the embedded sports hall project is an important measure to optimize urban space utilization and improve the national fitness service system. It is essential to adhere to the construction purpose of “convenience for the public” to ensure that the project truly benefits the people. All relevant units must further strengthen overall coordination, strictly control project quality, focus on construction safety, and ensure the project is completed on time and with high quality. He emphasized that, first, the functional layout of the venue should be scientifically planned, fully considering the fitness needs of different age groups; second, innovative operation management models should be adopted to enhance venue usage efficiency; third, attention should be paid to the coordination and integration with the surrounding environment to create high-quality urban public spaces; fourth, the project operator should plan the subsequent operation scheme in advance to ensure that the project can continue to generate benefits after completion.
