School-Enterprise Collaboration
To deepen the integration of industry and education and accurately meet the high-quality development needs of the electronic information industry in Yingtan City, on September 4, the IoT College organized a team of professional teachers to visit Jiangxi San Chuan Smart Technology Co., Ltd. for research. The teachers visited the 5G smart factory workshop of San Chuan Smart, observing the production process of smart water meters based on 5G technology, and gained a detailed understanding of the advanced processes and application scenarios from intelligent manufacturing, automated assembly to big data management. During the visit, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the skill requirements for intelligent production lines and student internships, and reached a cooperation intention for customized “machine vision defect detection” skill training for the operation and maintenance positions of intelligent production lines. In the next step, the college will rely on existing equipment and faculty resources to reasonably set training content and quickly organize training to empower the local electronic information industry accurately. This move marks a key step for the college in serving local characteristic industries and promoting the deep integration of the education chain and the industry chain.
