The inverter circuit board mainly includes the power board, control board, driver board, and panel.
Resistors are represented by the letter R on the circuit board, with units including: ohms (Ω), kilohms (KΩ), megohms (MΩ).
Resistor symbols include:
1. Fixed resistors, adjustable resistors, special resistors based on resistance characteristics.
2. Carbon film resistors, metal film resistors, wire-wound resistors, non-inductive resistors, thin film resistors based on material.
3. Through-hole resistors, surface mount resistors based on installation method.
4. Load resistors, sampling resistors, shunt resistors, protection resistors based on function.
A capacitor is a component that can store electrical energy, mainly used for filtering, coupling, and resonance. Our inverter circuit board also utilizes these functions, hence capacitors are essential.
Inductors (inductor coils) and transformers are electromagnetic induction components made from insulated wires (such as enameled wire, cloth-covered wire, etc.).
Classified by usage, there are oscillating inductors, correction inductors, CRT deflection inductors, current-limiting inductors, filtering inductors, isolation inductors, and compensation inductors.
A diode is a power electronic component with switching capabilities, formed by combining P-type and N-type semiconductors, conducting when a forward voltage is applied.
A transistor, fully known as a semiconductor transistor, also called a bipolar transistor, is a semiconductor device that controls current. Its function is to amplify weak signals into larger electrical signals and can also be used as a contactless switch.
1): Classified by material: silicon transistor, germanium transistor.
2): Classified by structure: NPN, PNP.
3): Classified by function: switch transistors, power transistors, Darlington transistors, phototransistors, etc.
4): Classified by power: low power, medium power, high power.
5): Classified by operating frequency: low-frequency transistors, high-frequency transistors, ultrahigh-frequency transistors.
6): Classified by structure technology: alloy transistors, planar transistors.
7): Classified by installation method: through-hole transistors, surface mount transistors.
IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is a composite voltage-driven power semiconductor device made up of BJT (bipolar transistor) and MOS (insulated gate field effect transistor).
It is a device that transmits electrical signals through light, typically packaging a light source (LED) with a light receiving unit (phototransistor) in the same housing.
When the light emitter emits light, the light receiving unit generates photocurrent after receiving the light, thus achieving “electric-light-electric” conversion.
A crystal oscillator, commonly known as a crystal resonator, is an electromechanical device made from quartz crystals with very low electrical loss, precision cut and ground, and plated with electrodes.
9. OthersComponents include multi-pin chips, digital tubes, LCD displays, relays, buzzers, etc.
