The fourth technological revolution is accelerating comprehensively. Recently, the State Council issued the “Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the ‘Artificial Intelligence+’ Action Plan,” proposing a three-step development goal: by 2027, the AI application penetration rate will exceed 70%, by 2030 it will exceed 90%, and the intelligent economy will become an important growth pole for economic development. By 2035, we will fully enter a new stage of development in the intelligent economy and intelligent society.
