First, go to the official website to download the installation package: https://www.xilinx.com/support/download.html.
Download the largest installation package that supports all OS like Windows/Linux.
After downloading, proceed to extract the files. (It is best to close all antivirus software before extraction and installation just in case.)
After extraction, double-click on xsetup.exe to start the installation…
After waiting for a while, the following installation interface will appear:
Click Next:
Select I Agree for all options, then click Next:
Select Vivado HL System Edition (generally, this design suite is more complete; it includes a System Generator for DSP with Matlab, which is not available in Vivado HL Design Edition). Then click Next:
This section mainly includes installation options for Xilinx devices and Vivado software; generally, the default settings are fine. If your computer is really small, you can customize the settings by unchecking some devices and software you do not need to reduce installation space and speed up the installation. Then click Next:
Select the installation location; I am installing it on drive E, then click Next:
Click Yes:
Click Install:
Wait for a few dozen minutes… play a game of Honor of Kings…:
Later, there will be some default installations (for example, WinPcap will be installed by default), and just agree to all program executions:
Click Ok:
Installation completed!!!
Click Confirm: 
Click Copy License. Find your Xilinx.lic file (this license is applied for on the official website; if you do not know how to apply, you can search online) and import it:
All done!!!
