3D Printing
The working steps of a 3D printer are as follows: use CAD software to create an object. If you already have a model, such as an animal model, a character, or a miniature building, you can use that as well. Then, copy it to the 3D printer via an SD card or USB drive, set up the printing parameters, and design a complete three-dimensional model on the computer before printing it out.

Similar to laser forming technology, 3D printing uses layered processing and additive manufacturing to complete the 3D solid printing. The printing process of each layer consists of two steps. First, a layer of special glue is sprayed onto the area that needs to be formed. The glue droplets are very small and do not spread easily. Then, a layer of uniform powder is sprayed. The powder quickly solidifies and bonds upon contact with the glue, while the areas without glue remain loose. In this way, alternating layers of glue and powder will ‘print’ the solid model. Once printing is completed, simply remove the loose powder to ‘carve’ out the model, and the remaining powder can be recycled.

After watching many videos and models of 3D printing, you will be amazed by its magical cloning ability; it is truly astonishing, like a magical cloning machine. So how does this high technology actually work?
When it comes to its principle, it is not complicated at all. Its operating principle is fundamentally the same as that of traditional printers, using a nozzle to ‘grind’ the material layer by layer. However, instead of ink, 3D printing uses liquid or powder as the ‘printing material’, employing techniques like photopolymerization and layer stacking for rapid prototyping. Controlled by a computer, the ‘printing material’ is stacked layer by layer, ultimately turning the blueprint from the computer into a physical object.
