There are seven types of faults, including healthy, two levels of inner ring bearing faults, two levels of outer ring bearing faults, and two levels of cage defects. Each fault type description can be found in Table 2.

Fan Fault Diagnosis and Health Pre-diagnosis System: This test bench can be configured with a bearing fault diagnosis and health pre-diagnosis system (developed in Python, B/S system), with functional modules including: signal processing module, health feature extraction and selection module, health degradation prediction module, health prediction module, maintenance knowledge management and health visualization module, fault diagnosis module. Different functional modules can be flexibly combined to complete different tasks. (The software system requires configuration, pricing is based on selected modules and models).
We welcome collaboration on projects in intelligent maintenance, manufacturing process quality control, artificial intelligence, machine vision, defect detection, and intelligent IoT systems, as well as academic research cooperation (Note: The system is currently not open-source), and we welcome inquiries.
