Nexcom has launched a globally leading safe humanoid robot controller, fully leading the new era of intelligent manufacturing.
The Taiwan Automation Intelligence and Robotics Exhibition recently witnessed a significant release, with Nexcom unveiling the next-generation humanoid robot controller MARS400 T10. This new product is based on the Nvidia Jetson Thor platform, integrating AI computing, motion control, and Nexcom’s independently developed functional safety system, helping the manufacturing industry achieve revolutionary progress in the development and application of intelligent robots.
The design of MARS400 T10 aims to address the widespread latency issues and space limitations present in current multi-platform architectures. The included Nvidia CUDA-accelerated robot library provides the system with powerful computing capabilities of up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS, greatly shortening development time for developers.
Additionally, the MARS400 T10 has received comprehensive support for international functional safety standards EN 61508 and EN ISO 13849-1, and is set to successfully pass the German TÜV Rheinland certification in 2024, making Nexcom the first supplier in Taiwan to offer modular functional safety solutions.
