With a dual 32-bit microprocessor that is faster than any previous generation, the F2-A AC motor controller can precisely and efficiently control any AC induction motor while significantly enhancing safety. This fully compliant CANopen standard controller employs IFO vector control design, enabling automatic motor matching, compact size with high current capacity, and installation dimensions of only 120X155X53mm, with a maximum drive current of 200A. It features the largest VCL code storage space to date, providing over 4000 lines of custom code and more than 200 custom parameters and variables.

The Curtis 3140 CANopen instrument is also specifically designed for the CLASS II and III industrial vehicle application market, offering OEMs a low-cost, easy-to-read, and highly flexible display solution. More importantly, it is designed to integrate directly with the Curtis AC F2-A controller based on CAN. The new CAN instrument features a high-contrast 16-segment LCD that clearly displays a complete alphanumeric character set (9 characters divided into two rows of 3 and 6 characters), capable of showing any message. The instrument can also be optionally equipped with a built-in heater, allowing it to reliably display operational information in cold environments.

For vehicles using electric steering systems, Curtis has introduced the cost-effective and compact 1220C DC permanent magnet electric steering controller, which fully complies with EN12895 and UL583, with a maximum current of up to 50A, built-in contactor, supporting analog command input and encoder angle feedback, enabling perfect CAN communication with the F2-A drive controller and instrument.

The latest Curtis instruments, based on CAN for motor drive control, steering control, and display, have been successfully applied by several well-known OEM vehicle manufacturers in the country, helping vehicle manufacturers develop competitive electric warehousing vehicles to meet the increasing demands for performance, functionality, and cost-effectiveness from customers.
