The MS32C001-C series microcontroller features a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core, a wide operating voltage range of 1.7 ~ 5.5 V, and a temperature range of -40 ~ 85 °C. It has 18 KB of Flash and 1.5 KB of SRAM storage space, and a maximum operating frequency of 24 MHz. This microcontroller offers QFN16 and QFN20 package options and includes sleep/stop low-power operating modes. The MS32C001 chip integrates 1 channel of 12-bit ADC and 2 16-bit timers.
