1. First, ensure that the data is the latest, mainly by looking at the graphics of the last modified areas.
2. Check if the mask graphics on the JDV match the actual shapes drawn in the layout.
3. Verify whether the graphics on the JDV are enlarged by 4x or 5x as required by the mask tooling files.
4. Check if the dark field (Dark) and clear field (Clear) of each MASK are correct.
5. Inspect the graphics of the OTP block, which is generally checked by the foundry and is not visible to us.
6. If there are discrepancies in the graphics, compare them with the mask tooling to ensure logical operations are correct.
7. Check if the orientation of the graphics is correct.
