1. The STC89C52 microcontroller is used as the control core, with real-time updates displayed on the LCD1602 screen.
2. Package Code Management: The system uses the AT24C02 storage chip to manage and save the package code data for each cabinet, with power-off storage functionality.
3. Storing Packages: After the courier presses the store button, they must first enter the administrator password. If incorrect, the system will issue an audible and visual alarm. If correct, the system will automatically allocate an empty cabinet based on usage. The administrator then inputs the courier’s phone number, and upon confirmation, the system will send the cabinet number and package code to the recipient’s phone via the SMS module, while the display shows the package code and the corresponding cabinet indicator light turns on. The administrator can then continue to store the next package.
4. Retrieving Packages: After receiving the retrieval SMS, the user presses the retrieve button to enter retrieval mode. The user must first input the cabinet number where the package is stored, confirm, and then input the corresponding package code. If correct, the system will turn on the corresponding package cabinet indicator light, allowing the user to take the package. The cabinet will automatically close after 15 seconds.
5. Modifying Management Password: The administrator can enter the password modification mode by pressing the modify password key on the matrix keyboard. They must first input the old management password. If incorrect, the system will issue an audible and visual alert. If correct, the administrator can input a new six-digit management password and confirm it. The management password will then be updated and stored in the AT24C02 with power-off storage capability.
