Event Introduction

The National College Student Embedded Chip and System Design Competition originated from the Southeast University Embedded System Design School Competition in 2008. Since 2018, it has been co-hosted by Southeast University and Nanjing Jiangbei New Area. In 2020, it was successfully included in the National College Student Competition Rankings and has become one of the most influential events in the field of electronic information in the country. The competition is divided into seven major regions: East, Southwest, Northwest, South, North, Central, and Overseas; it features three main tracks: chip application, chip design, and FPGA innovative design. This year’s application track attracted 735 universities nationwide, with 11,800 teams and over 30,000 participants registering for the competition; nearly 5,700 works were submitted, setting a historical high in both the scale of participation and the quality of submissions.
