4.1 Personnel Hygiene: 4.1.1 Personnel entering the packaging area must wear work uniforms, packaging shoes, hats, and masks. 4.1.2 Before entering the production workshop, personnel must wash their hands with cleaning liquid, disinfect with 84 disinfectant, enter the air shower room, disinfect their boots, and pass through the boot washing machine before starting work. 4.1.3 Packaging personnel are prohibited from wearing makeup, jewelry, earrings, bracelets, and other decorative items while working in the packaging area. 4.1.4 If personnel leave their post temporarily, they must be re-disinfected before re-entering the packaging area. 4.1.5 It is strictly forbidden to leave the packaging area wearing work uniforms, shoes, hats, and masks to other places. 4.1.6 Work uniforms and other clothing must be disinfected and clean before being worn on duty. 4.1.7 During packaging operations, personnel must not shout loudly or whisper to each other. 4.1.8 Once in the packaging area, personnel must not enter or exit casually until the packaging is completed. 4.1.9 Packaging personnel must maintain personal hygiene, wash hands frequently, trim nails, bathe regularly, get haircuts, change clothes often, and wash clothes frequently. 4.2 Workshop Sanitation Management: 4.2.1 Keep the floor clean, tidy, free of dust, dirt, and debris. 4.2.2 The ceiling must be kept clean, free of cobwebs, and without leaks. 4.2.3 The packaging area requires that all doors and windows are clean, free of dust, and do not store waste. 4.2.4 Properly and neatly stack various packaged finished products and store them in a timely manner to prevent accumulation. 4.2.5 It is strictly forbidden to open doors and windows of the packaging area and selection area during packaging. 4.2.6 It is strictly forbidden for personnel unrelated to packaging to enter. 4.2.7 Packaging personnel are prohibited from leaving their posts, playing, or engaging in activities unrelated to normal work during operations. 4.2.8 The packaging area is strictly prohibited from storing toxic and harmful substances and items unrelated to packaging. 4.2.9 It is strictly forbidden for flies, mice, cockroaches, and other harmful insects to enter the packaging area. 4.2.10 Smoking, eating, and spitting in the packaging area are strictly prohibited. 4.2.11 After packaging, machinery and utensils must be cleaned thoroughly, free of residues and dust. 4.2.12 After packaging is completed, residual waste and garbage must be promptly cleared from the workshop.
