The leader in the chip programming industry, ACROVIEW Technology, recently released the latest programming software update and a new list of supported chip models, including the high-performance HDMI 2.0 to MIPI DSI/CSI converter LT6911UXE from Lontium Semiconductor, which is now supported by ACROVIEW’s universal programming platform AP8000.

LT6911UXE is a high-performance HD-DVI 2.0 to MIPI DSI/CSI converter suitable for VR, smartphones, and display applications.
The HD-DVI 2.0 input supports data rates up to 6Gbps, providing sufficient bandwidth for 4k@60Hz video. It also supports HDCP 2.3 for data decryption.
For MIPI DSI/CSI output, LT6911UXE features configurable single or dual-port MIPI DSI/CSI with one high-speed clock channel and 1-4 high-speed data channels, each with a maximum rate of 2.5Gbps, for a total bandwidth of up to 20Gbps. LT6911UXE supports burst mode DSI video data transmission and flexible video data mapping paths. It provides two types of digital audio output interfaces: I2S and SPDIF. The I2S interface supports 8-channel LPCM, while the SPDIF interface supports 2-channel LPCM or compressed audio, both with a maximum sampling rate of 192kHz.
The device can operate automatically, achieved through an integrated microprocessor that uses embedded SPI flash memory to store firmware, with system control also possible through a configured I2C slave interface.

Application Diagram
The AP8000 universal programmer developed by ACROVIEW Technology consists of three main parts: the host, the motherboard, and the adapter.
The host supports USB and NET connections, allowing multiple programmers to be networked to simultaneously control and program multiple devices. An integrated chip security protection circuit ensures that short circuits caused by reversed chips or other reasons can be immediately detected and powered off to protect both the chip and the programmer. With an embedded high-speed FPGA, data transmission and processing are greatly accelerated. The back of the host has an SD card slot, allowing project files created by PC software to be placed in the root directory of the SD card and inserted into the slot. Commands for selecting, loading, and executing programming files can be performed via buttons on the programmer, enabling operation without a PC, significantly reducing PC hardware configuration costs, and facilitating a quick setup of the working environment.
AP8000 enhances the host’s expandability through a motherboard and adapter, currently supporting all mainstream semiconductor manufacturers’ devices, including TI, ST, MicroChip, Atmel, Hynix, Macronix, Micron, Samsung, Toshiba, etc. Supported device types include NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, EMMC, etc., and it supports file formats including Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, POF, etc.
