100,000 Tons Electrolyte Production Factory: Achieving Intelligent Development with AI and Robotics

On April 11, at the China Chemical Blue Sky Sichuan Zhonglan New Energy Electrolyte Factory, a row of neatly arranged intelligent robots can be seen, accurately grabbing pipes with their robotic arms to complete the filling operation into the tanks. Subsequently, supply chain logistics robots transport the materials along preset routes to load onto vehicles, completing the entire process seamlessly.

Meanwhile, in the central control room several hundred meters away, engineers are monitoring the operational data of each link in real-time through digital panels. This is the daily operation of the intelligent supply chain logistics robot project at Sichuan Zhonglan New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sichuan Zhonglan New Energy”).

The factory engineers introduced: “Through the deep integration of AI and robotics technology, the entire workshop operates autonomously under the efficient scheduling of intelligent algorithms, truly achieving a perfect integration of technology and production.”

After two years of construction, in February of this year, the Sichuan Zhonglan New Energy intelligent supply chain logistics robot project completed small batch debugging in coordination with trial production. This project integrates the entire factory’s manufacturing execution system, warehouse management system, and automated guided vehicle handling and scheduling system, achieving data sharing of production plans and inventory information, process synchronization, and real-time monitoring, pushing production operations into a fully digital and intelligent phase.

Once officially put into production, this factory will rely on the new architecture of intelligent factories and “AI + robotics” technology to become one of the most automated and competitive electrolyte intelligent factories in the country.
