for Precise Control of the Greenhouse
Recently, in the intelligent connected glass greenhouse of Guanghe Zhigu Agricultural Technology Park,the soilless cultivationof cherry tomatoes, which have been growing for less than a month, has already quietly flowered and set fruit, with bumblebees busy pollinating, and the tomatoes are now the size of a thumb egg.
At around 10 AM, with the sun shining brightly on the roof, the indoor temperature began to rise,and the intelligent environmental control system automatically activated the high-pressure misting systemto replenish water and cool the greenhouse.Meanwhile, in the artificial intelligence climate room, cooling equipment was also activatedto ensure that the temperature inside the greenhouse does not exceed 25°C.
The head of the project engineering department, Xu Xuehao, introduced that the park has currently implemented afull-cycle smart agricultural management platformthat utilizes leading domestic LED plant supplementary lighting technology, environmental control and IoT technology, integrated water and fertilizer irrigation technology, positive pressure membrane tube precise air delivery technology, liquid carbon dioxide supplementation and rainwater recycling technology, and efficient cooling + waste heat utilization technology,achieving precise control of temperature, light, water, gas, and fertilizer within the greenhouse.

to Build a Digital Agricultural Park
Zhejiang Guanghe Zhigu is a modern smart agriculture high-tech enterprise that relies on its advantages in LED plant lighting to develop businesses in seedling cultivation, high-end fruits and vegetables, and flower cultivation.The company has invested 1.02 billion yuan to build a digital agricultural park, becoming the largest investment project in the agricultural sector of Haining City.The total area of the park is 240,000 square meters, implemented in two phases, with the first phase of 45,000 square meters of intelligent glass greenhouse already completed, standing over 7 meters high, and the park has introduced advanced soilless cultivation technology from the Netherlands, where 11,000 square meters of colorful cherry tomatoes are growing healthily.
The entire intelligent greenhouse is filled with technological content, with the roof made of diffuse reflection glass and the walls made of hollow glass, which not only provides insulation but also allows plants to better absorb light. Notably, to ensure that the tens of thousands of square meters of glass greenhouse receive adequate daily light,the roof is equipped with an intelligent roof cleaning robotthat efficiently and safely maintains cleanliness.
“After long-term operation, the roof may accumulate dust or grow moss, which can hinder plants from receiving light, so we installed an imported roof cleaning machine to ensure more abundant light for the greenhouse,” Xu Xuehao said.
