The winter sun is just right, warming the Zhiwei Garden Community. Recently, the Zhiwei Garden Community in Xiliu Street held a “Xi’an is Beautiful Because of You” series of activities, including a convenient market event in District D, bringing practical and convenient services directly to residents. The event combined convenient services, health care, and policy promotion, allowing residents to feel the warmth of community services right at their doorstep, adding a rich warmth to this winter.
A sweet caramel-like aroma wafted through the air, becoming the warmest guide at the market. In front of the roasted sweet potato stall, warmth filled the air as residents received hot, soft, and sweet sweet potatoes, warming not only their hands but also igniting friendly greetings and laughter among neighbors, setting a warm and pleasant tone for the entire event.
The convenient service area was always filled with a thoughtful and considerate atmosphere. At the free clinic, medical staff were fully focused, providing detailed pulse checks, accurate blood pressure measurements, and professional health consultations, integrating care into daily life; skilled barbers quickly gave residents neat and refreshing haircuts; the sounds of sharpening knives and the bright shine of freshly cleaned pots solved practical “little problems” in residents’ lives.
The policy promotion area built a bridge for communication. Staff patiently explained face-to-face, clearly conveying important medical insurance policies, significant “two cancers” screening promotions, practical family fire safety tips, smoking bans, and other beneficial measures that concern residents’ interests. This “zero-distance” approach made policies understandable, relatable, and usable, effectively enhancing residents’ sense of security and belonging.
This convenient market was not just a simple gathering of services, but a warm reflection of the Zhiwei Garden Community’s efforts to promote “embedded services” deeply and practically. In the future, our community will continue to uphold this commitment to serving the people, making such warm activities a regular occurrence, continuously nurturing deep neighborly relationships, and jointly creating a better and harmonious happy home in Zhiwei Garden.
