As shown in the image,the interface is divided into basic settings and advanced settings, where the basic settings include modes such as default, power-saving, balanced, high-quality, and custom, used to adjust the SoC performance of the phone.At the same time, the top displays the “C” and “G” indicators, speculated to correspond to the CPU and GPU status.
In custom mode, users can adjust options such as anti-aliasing strength, anisotropic filtering strength, and texture filtering strength.Moreover, there are reports that Game Turbo can also manually adjust the GPU frequency, fully unleashing the performance of the SoC.From the usage method, this feature is quite similar to the existing independent updates for GPU drivers, which is Qualcomm’s latest plan introduced in the Elite Gaming experience, aimed at providing subsequent driver upgrades for models equipped with related SoCs to further enhance their performance.Currently, models from Xiaomi and OPPO already support independent GPU updates, and it is believed that the aforementioned Game Turbo feature will also be followed by other manufacturers.
