In September 2025, the students of our school’s third cohort of the ‘Embedded’ joint training class, carrying their thirst for knowledge and the expectations of the college, embarked on a year-long study journey to North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power.
The College of Electrical Engineering held a mobilization meeting to ensure the safety of the students, reminding them to pay attention to safety, cherish the learning opportunities, and ensure they gain knowledge.
After successfully arriving at North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, the College of Electrical Engineering held a welcome ceremony for our school’s third joint training class. Li Zhongyang, the dean of the College of Electrical Engineering, delivered a speech, warmly welcoming the students. He stated that the school would open up quality resources such as courses, laboratories, and libraries, relying on the theoretical and teaching advantages in the field of electrical engineering to assist students in achieving a composite growth of “practical skills at the associate level + theoretical literacy at the undergraduate level.” Our student representative, Zeng Junjie, spoke, expressing that he would adopt a “beginner’s mindset” in his studies, hold himself to high standards, showcase the demeanor of our school’s students, and return with achievements after a year, dedicating himself to the water conservancy and hydropower industry in the future, practicing the original intention of “hydropower for the people.”
