To further strengthen the supervision of administrative law enforcement, create a standardized and fair administrative law enforcement environment, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the public, the Saihan Gobi Judicial Office has recently conducted ’embedded’ administrative law enforcement supervision work, focusing on the spring grazing law enforcement activities of the Sum Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team.

Judicial office staff closely followed the law enforcement personnel into the frontline of work, adhering to the principles of “accompanying without interfering, advising without intervening, and guiding without overstepping,” participating throughout the law enforcement process. They focused on supervising and guiding the law enforcement personnel regarding their attire, holding certificates while on duty, displaying certificates during enforcement, using civil language, explaining laws and reasoning on-site, the legitimacy of law enforcement procedures, and the implementation of the three administrative law enforcement systems. They communicated promptly with law enforcement personnel about any issues and deficiencies found on-site, providing rectification opinions and suggestions, ensuring that administrative law enforcement actions are detailed, practical, and well-executed, and that the entire law enforcement process is standardized and orderly.
This activity comprehensively reviewed the law enforcement process of the Sum Administrative Law Enforcement Team through full tracking and on-site supervision. Through administrative law enforcement supervision, the standardization of administrative law enforcement has been further enhanced, improving the level of strict, standardized, fair, and civilized law enforcement. In the next step, the Saihan Gobi Judicial Office will fully leverage its administrative law enforcement supervision functions, continue to deepen the ’embedded’ law enforcement supervision activities, and promote the administrative law enforcement work to a new level.
