1. AI Filtering for Accurate Recognition,
Capture Speed Increased by 40%
In home security, the timely capture and recording of suspicious individuals and scenes is a key function of the product and serves as crucial evidence for subsequent investigations. The RV1126 and RV1109 support rapid startup from standby mode, with the first frame capture speed of approximately 150ms, compared to about 250-300ms for other solutions, resulting in a speed increase of about 40%; the image output speed is around 500ms, while other solutions take about 1200ms. Additionally, the built-in hardware decompression module DECOM offers faster decompression times. Tests show that under a 156MB firmware, the DECOM module is 22 times faster than CPU decompression.
More importantly, the RV1126 and RV1109 are equipped with 2T and 1.2T NPU respectively, enabling AI intelligent filtering to quickly and accurately detect human shapes in the image, effectively reducing false wake-up rates from other moving objects and improving recognition accuracy.
2. Power Consumption Reduced by 64%, Supports Extended Standby
When purchasing home monitoring devices, consumers prioritize long battery life to avoid frequent recharging. Currently, many security solutions on the market suffer from weak battery life due to process and performance power consumption issues. The RV1126 and RV1109 utilize a 14nm process, achieving a total power consumption of only 201mW for equivalent performance, compared to 555mW for 28nm, resulting in a power reduction of about 64%. Furthermore, the RV1126 and RV1109 support low-power LPDDR3/LPDDR4 memory options, while similar products typically only support higher power-consuming DDR3.
Equipped with the RV1126 and RV1109 solutions, the devices support PIR (Passive Infrared Detection) functionality, automatically entering detection mode and recording outdoor situations when someone passes by or unusual movement occurs, preventing potential burglar scouting. Tests have shown that products using the RV1126 and RV1109 solutions have a standby power consumption of only 1.553mW, supporting extended standby for greater peace of mind.
3. Full Color in Low Light,Clear in Backlight,
Wide Angle Without Distortion
Based on Rockchip’s unique ISP algorithm, integrating five technologies: “3-frame HDR + multi-level noise reduction + Smart AE + AWB white balance + distortion correction,” the RV1126 and RV1109 solutions can clearly recognize faces in backlight conditions, produce color images in dark environments, and maintain a wide angle without distortion, effectively addressing the pain points of unclear and incomplete images in some home security products on the market.
4. Video Smoothness Increased by 75%
The RV1126 and RV1109 solutions utilize Smart H.265 encoding technology, maintaining the same shooting quality while using lower bandwidth for real-time viewing of monitoring video records. Tests have shown that when shooting 1080P video, the RV1126 and RV1109 solutions only occupy about 500Kbps bandwidth, while most other solutions occupy around 2000Kbps, resulting in a 75% increase in viewing smoothness.
