It is recommended to switch the car’s interface to Bluetooth media audio
For some car Bluetooth connections, if the car is not in the Bluetooth media audio playback interface, it may continue to play the last media audio source (for example, if the last playback was FM, the car will continue to play FM upon startup), resulting in no sound when playing music. It is recommended to switch the car’s interface to the Bluetooth media audio interface to play music via the phone’s Bluetooth.
It is recommended to try changing the music player on your phone
Some music player compatibility issues may cause no sound during playback. It is recommended to try changing the music player on your phone.
Please check if the Bluetooth media audio channel is successfully connected to the car
During the car connection, due to connection anomalies or other reasons, the Bluetooth media audio channel may not be connected. At this time, it is recommended to pull down from the top of the phone screen to bring up the quick menu, long press the Bluetooth icon, enter the settings interface, click the icon next to the paired Bluetooth device
, and ensure that the media audio switch is turned on.
Please confirm if the car’s default audio decoding format is SBC
Some cars may not automatically select the default audio decoding format, causing issues when the phone sends music using that format, resulting in no sound during playback.
Please open your phone’ssettings, search forBluetooth audio decoder in the top search box, click to enter the settings interface, and set the Bluetooth audio decoder toSBC to resolve the no sound issue. (This setting can only be done after connecting to a Bluetooth device; this issue is caused by defects in the car’s audio decoding format, and currently can only be resolved by manually selecting it on the phone each time.)
- If you cannot find it, please search forversion number in thesettings, click to jump to the settings interface, and click theversion number 7 times until the screen promptsYou are in developer mode!, then try again.
- If theBluetooth audio decoder is grayed out and cannot be selected, it means the car does not support switching the audio decoder.
Still cannot resolve
