National Competition Insights | IoT Installation and Debugging Project

The third National Skills Competition continues the practices of the previous two editions, setting up World Skills selection projects and selected national competition projects, totaling 106 items. This issue introduces the IoT Installation and Debugging project.

IoT Installation and Debugging refers to the selection of appropriate communication protocols for typical industry application scenarios, using specialized tools and testing instruments to install, configure, and debug IoT devices, deploy the DEEPSEEK AI intelligent recognition large model, and implement control strategies through a cloud platform.

Contestants focus on competing in comprehensive abilities in multi-scenario device integration, communication protocol adaptation, and intelligent control strategies, needing to complete the construction and functional verification of the IoT system.

Based on customer requirements, contestants must develop implementation plans, reasonably select various IoT devices provided on-site, configure relevant software and hardware according to product manuals, and build the IoT system following engineering construction specifications to achieve the corresponding functions.

The competition strengthens contestants’ technical application capabilities in the era of the Internet of Everything, promotes the large-scale application of IoT technology in industrial digitization, and serves the construction of new infrastructure.
