Product Overview
The MCD-LQ67 project is a domestically controllable, fully domestic COM-Express module that adheres to the PICMG COM.0 R2.1 Basic standard, with pin definitions compatible with COM Express Type 6. The module’s processor uses the Loongson LS3A3000 quad-core processor, with a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz (standard configuration at 1.2GHz), and is equipped with the second-generation domestically produced bridge chip 7A1000, utilizing the HT3.0 high-speed bus for inter-chip communication. This motherboard provides a rich set of interface resources, including commonly used interfaces such as PCIe, SATA, USB, UART, DVI, and VGA.
The module features a high shock resistance, fully surface-mounted, modular design, characterized by high performance, high localization, high stability, and high reliability, making it widely applicable in government, scientific research, medical, power, communication, and transportation fields.
