Instructions for Opening Water Valve After Recharging IoT Water Meter Due to Arrears
Dear water users:
If you have replaced your household water meter with an IoT water meter and have experienced a water cut due to arrears, you can follow the emergency procedure below to open the valve after paying the water bill.

Tangshan Fengyu IoT Water Meter
After successful recharge, wait for about 40 minutes,clean the water meter.Press and hold the sensing position at the bottom right of the water meter for 5 seconds, the communication indicator light will flash, indicating that the water meter is activating communication. After waiting for 1-2 minutes for the communication to complete, the valve will be opened.Note: The number of triggers in a day should not exceed 5 times.

Henan Xintian IoT Water Meter
After successful recharge, wait for about 40 minutes,clean the water meter.Press the sensing position at the bottom right of the water meter for about 5 seconds, when the display characters change, release your finger when “SEND” appears, wait for about 2 minutes, the valve will automatically open, and the display will show the valve open message at the bottom left.Note: The number of triggers in a day should not exceed 5 times.

Shandong Shengze IoT Water Meter
After successful recharge, wait for about 40 minutes,clean the water meter.Press and hold the sensing position of the small red hand for about 5 seconds, the water meter will flash a green indicator light. Wait for the green indicator light to go out, then release your finger when the red indicator light flashes. The water meter will activate the communication function, and after waiting for about 5 minutes, the valve will automatically open.Note: The number of triggers in a day should not exceed 5 times.

Li Chuang Technology IoT Water Meter
After successful recharge, wait for about 40 minutes,clean the water meter.Press and hold the circular sensing trigger position at the top left of the water meter for about 5 seconds, when the red light stays on, and the display shows “UPLOAD”, you can release your finger. The water meter’s communication function will be activated, and the display will scroll through the water meter data. After the cycle is complete, wait for 1-2 minutes for the valve to automatically open.Note: The number of triggers in a day should not exceed 5 times.

After successful recharge, wait for about 40 minutes,clean the water meter.Press and hold the circular sensing trigger position at the bottom right for about 5 seconds, when the display shows “SEND”, the water meter’s communication function is activated, and when the display shows “SUCC”, wait for 1-2 minutes after the display shows “OPEN”,the valve has been successfully opened.Note: The number of triggers in a day should not exceed 5 times.

After successful recharge, wait for about 40 minutes,clean the water meter.Press and hold the “Press” text on the front of the water meter for about 5 seconds. After releasing your finger, the red indicator light will flash, activating the water meter’s communication function. Wait for about 1-2 minutes, when the red indicator light goes out, communication is complete, and the valve will automatically open.Note: The number of triggers in a day should not exceed 5 times.
