Dajin Electronics made new moves in Sanjiao!
They began construction of a new factory for
a big data storage center and precision circuit board expansion project.
The total investment for the project is 660 million yuan,
with an annual output value expected to reach 800 million yuan.
At that time, it will provide 350 job positions.
According to the person in charge, the second phase of the factory is designed to have two buildings, with Building A as the R&D center and Building B as the manufacturing plant. It will have three main features: first, the factory will be a highly automated workshop, with an automation level of over 90%. From material cutting to output, it will use a closed-loop assembly line for fully automated production, such as horizontal copper plating lines to VCP electroplating and post-processing systems. Previously, about 20 workers were needed, but the new equipment only requires 3. Second, it will be highly intelligent, with all process equipment operation parameters, production status, and output being visualized for management, with backend data analysis following up. Third, the products will have high reliability, with product traceability system data lasting over ten years, and significant investments in testing and analysis equipment to ensure product reliability and prevent issues from arising.
It is understood that Dajin Electronics’ expansion project is based on the complete supply chain platform in Sanjiao, which can solve the raw material supply issue. Additionally, Sanjiao is close to the Jingzhu Expressway and adjacent to cities like Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Zhuhai, making transportation very convenient and significantly reducing production and transportation costs for the enterprise.
