Today, High Tee invited TPI co-founder Dave Philips to explain to golfers how to correctly rotate their shoulders:
Dave mentioned that many people start their shoulder rotation incorrectly, causing their left shoulder to drop down. Here’s an incorrect demonstration:

Dave Philips recommends a small exercise to help everyone learn the correct shoulder rotation:
1. Cross your arms over your shoulders.

2. Pull down on your left shoulder while rotating to the right across your body’s centerline.

This exercise will help you learn the correct shoulder rotation and the “wrapping” around the spine, making your shots more stable and explosive.
