During the Shanghai International Auto Show in April, Xinchip Technology announced its collaboration with P3 Digital Services (P3) to officially launch the pre-certification for the Android Automotive OS (AAOS) xTS (Extended Test Suite, including CTS, VTS, STS, etc.) compliance. At the same time, the Xinchip X9 smart cockpit platform, integrated with P3’s in-vehicle infotainment solution SPARQ OS, made its debut at this year’s auto show.
P3 has obtained certification qualifications for Google’s third-party laboratory (3PL) program, responsible for executing strict testing and certification of in-vehicle infotainment technology solutions to ensure that AAOS-based systems meet the highest quality standards.
Currently, the smart cockpit hardware platform based on the Xinchip X9 series chips has officially commenced AAOS xTS compliance pre-certification. Through this collaboration and the advancement of pre-certification, automotive manufacturers using Xinchip X9 series products combined with SPARQ OS can quickly deploy a complete end-to-end IVI solution, bringing smart cockpits with rich applications and services to market faster, meeting the needs of global consumers.
