Generally speaking, the letters on PCB boards represent the abbreviations of electronic components, followed by numbers that indicate the component model and circuit. For example, R107, C118, Q102, D202, etc., the first letter indicates the category of the electronic component, such as R for resistor, C for capacitor, D for diode, Q for transistor, etc.; the second is a number that represents the circuit function number, with “1” indicating the main circuit and “2” indicating the power circuit, etc. These are determined by the circuit designer; the third and fourth digits indicate the serial number of the component among similar components on the circuit board.
