Shenzhen on the Production Line: Witness the ‘Heartbeat’ of This Mini PC Manufacturer

One unit rolls off the line every 20 seconds, with total orders exceeding 700 million yuan in the first half of the year, a 120% surge, and expansion into 26 new overseas markets…

How has this Shenzhen company managed to break through in the complex and severe global economic landscape and attract a large number of orders?

The ‘Heartbeat’ of the Mini PC Production Line

The air in the production workshop is filled with the unique atmosphere and urgency of the electronic component production line, a true reflection of Shenzhen’s strong manufacturing pulse.

On the workbench, components such as CPUs, motherboards, and memory sticks are stacked, with workers wearing anti-static wristbands, their fingers flying as they solder, stick labels, and assemble in one go.

On the shelves, bright yellow urgent work orders are stacked layer upon layer, serving as the production’s ‘military order’; at the end of the production line, a thick stack of pending order documents also indicates a continuous production demand.

Neatly arranged, the ‘mini PC’ array is surrounded by workers on the assembly line, fulfilling urgent orders that fill the shelves… this is the recent daily routine on the production line of Shenzhen’s Chuangyingxin Industrial.

“Everything has increased. There are more goods now, and more orders too,” a worker engrossed in their task told the reporter without looking up. Assembly, testing, packaging… after more than 20 processes, a mini PC can be produced in as little as 20 seconds and shipped worldwide.

The driving force behind this efficiency is the surge in orders.

“The domestic order deliveries in the first half of the year have increased by about 120% overall,” revealed Wang Qihua, the company’s domestic sales director, as he surveyed the busy workshop, “The overall order volume has exceeded our expected targets.”

Order ‘Explosion’

Production Capacity ‘Accelerating’

Behind Wang Qihua’s joy lies the ‘sweet trouble’ brought by the production capacity load.

“Our production workshop’s current capacity is insufficient,” he admitted, pointing to the nearly fully loaded production line, “We still have some outsourced factories helping to share the load, but it’s still not enough.”

To cope with the surge in orders, increasing production capacity is imperative. “We have added a new layer to the workshop this second half of the year, and it should be operational by the end of August with a new product line to increase some capacity,” Wang Qihua said.

Shenzhen’s production director, Shao Jinming, is acutely aware of the pressure of order scheduling: “Recently, we are producing a batch of over 2000 units for orders going to Russia. Next, we may have orders for the Americas, Europe, and Japan, with many orders waiting to be produced,” he said while reviewing the production schedule, “The volume is very large, and I understand it may be scheduled until late September to early October.”

Time is orders, efficiency is life. The new workshop embodies the urgency for the company to seize opportunities.

What has led to the surge in orders for Chuangyingxin’s ‘mini PC’? Company executives told Shenzhen Vision News reporters— the products are robust and have a wide market.

Amid the global wave of artificial intelligence, the company has keenly seized opportunities, continuously investing in R&D, and launching intelligent mini PC products integrated with AI functions, significantly enhancing product competitiveness and added value. The technical ‘hard power’ is the cornerstone of its market conquest.

At the same time, the company actively ‘goes out’, significantly increasing investment in overseas markets and streamlining diverse sales channels.

The president of Chuangyingxin’s parent company, Chuangtong Xinke Shenzhen Group, Dai Yuanjun, articulated the ‘dual-polar drive’ strategy that supports its rapid development: “Our very important core strategy is called ‘dual-polar drive’, the sales pole and the R&D pole.” He explained, “We have also increased offline investments, including participating in some international trade shows and collaborating with overseas clients on ODM business.”

Dai Yuanjun particularly mentioned the key support from policies: “For example, Shenzhen’s ‘Belt and Road’ policy briefing can provide very in-depth explanations of policies and potential business opportunities, which is a great help for our outward-oriented economy.”

He expressed his deep feelings: “Under the national co-construction of the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative, the recognition and acceptance of Chinese enterprise products overseas have significantly improved compared to previous years.”

Focusing on the markets of countries involved in the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative, the company has achieved remarkable results this year. In the first half of 2025, the company broke through the ‘zero’ order barrier in 26 countries. Among them, the Vietnamese market has seen a leap from ‘0 to 20 million’.

This model of internal and external excellence is a typical path for ‘Shenzhen Intelligent Manufacturing’ to set sail overseas.

Reporter’s Note:

The story of Chuangyingxin is a vivid testament to the resilience and vitality of Shenzhen’s economy.

In the first half of this year, facing a complex and changing economic situation, Shenzhen has maintained strong momentum through innovation-driven strategies. In the field of foreign trade, companies like Shenzhen Chuangyingxin are continuously delivering high-tech ‘Shenzhen Intelligent Manufacturing’ products to broader global markets, with emerging markets like Mexico, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and India steadily increasing their share.

Data shows that in the first half of this year, Shenzhen’s private enterprises exported high-tech products worth 179.86 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16%, with batches of Shenzhen ‘Intelligent Manufacturing’ high-tech products continuing to be popular overseas, becoming hot commodities in local markets.

With innovation as the spear and efficiency as the shield, opening up new blue oceans amid challenges, injecting ‘Shenzhen momentum’ into the global industrial chain. This may be the secret to Shenzhen, this city of innovation, maintaining its vitality and resilience.
