On the workbench, components such as CPUs, motherboards, and memory sticks are stacked, with workers wearing anti-static wristbands, their fingers flying as they solder, stick labels, and assemble in one go.

Neatly arranged, the ‘mini PC’ array is surrounded by workers on the assembly line, fulfilling urgent orders that fill the shelves… this is the recent daily routine on the production line of Shenzhen’s Chuangyingxin Industrial.
“Everything has increased. There are more goods now, and more orders too,” a worker engrossed in their task told the reporter without looking up. Assembly, testing, packaging… after more than 20 processes, a mini PC can be produced in as little as 20 seconds and shipped worldwide.
The driving force behind this efficiency is the surge in orders.
“The domestic order deliveries in the first half of the year have increased by about 120% overall,” revealed Wang Qihua, the company’s domestic sales director, as he surveyed the busy workshop, “The overall order volume has exceeded our expected targets.”
Order ‘Explosion’
Production Capacity ‘Accelerating’
Behind Wang Qihua’s joy lies the ‘sweet trouble’ brought by the production capacity load.
“Our production workshop’s current capacity is insufficient,” he admitted, pointing to the nearly fully loaded production line, “We still have some outsourced factories helping to share the load, but it’s still not enough.”
To cope with the surge in orders, increasing production capacity is imperative. “We have added a new layer to the workshop this second half of the year, and it should be operational by the end of August with a new product line to increase some capacity,” Wang Qihua said.
On the assembly line, a shiny mini PC is being rapidly assembled and labeled in Russian.
Shenzhen’s production director, Shao Jinming, is acutely aware of the pressure of order scheduling: “Recently, we are producing a batch of over 2000 units for orders going to Russia. Next, we may have orders for the Americas, Europe, and Japan, with many orders waiting to be produced,” he said while reviewing the production schedule, “The volume is very large, and I understand it may be scheduled until late September to early October.”
Time is orders, efficiency is life. The new workshop embodies the urgency for the company to seize opportunities.
