Official Launch of the 2.0 Educational Reform for the Course ‘Automotive Embedded System Design and Applications’ Based on Industry-Education Integration
To solidly promote the “Industry-Enterprise Integration into Schools” cooperation model of the Sichuan Intelligent and New Energy Vehicle Industry College, on March 11, 2025, the course team for ‘Automotive Embedded System Design and Applications’ from the School of Automotive and Transportation visited Yibin Fengchuan Power Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct in-depth discussions on the implementation plan for the 2.0 educational reform. This exchange focused on continuously advancing the “Industry-Enterprise Integration into Schools” cooperation, aiming to achieve deep alignment between course teaching and industry needs, in order to cultivate high-quality, comprehensive application-oriented talents that meet industry demands.
During the exchange, both parties first reviewed the progress of the previous phase of the ‘Automotive Embedded System Design’ course. Through the practice of industry-education integration, the course has achieved significant results in teaching content, experimental training, and extracurricular competitions. Students’ enthusiasm for theoretical learning and practical abilities have greatly improved, fully confirming the correctness and importance of the educational reform path based on industry-education integration. Subsequently, both parties discussed deepening the course reform based on industry-education integration, reaching a consensus on cooperation in case studies, experimental kit development, course optimization, assessment improvement, and textbook writing.
Currently, the course ‘Automotive Embedded System Design and Applications B’ for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year has commenced, and the 2.0 educational reform plan for industry-education integration has begun implementation. This plan has greatly stimulated the learning enthusiasm of enrolled students, with most students proactively preparing for the course experiments in advance, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of subsequent teaching work.
The deep cooperation with Yibin Fengchuan Power Technology Co., Ltd. marks a more solid step taken by the Sichuan Intelligent and New Energy Vehicle Industry College on the path of industry-education integration, laying a strong foundation for cultivating high-quality, comprehensive application-oriented talents.
