MediaTek’s Chromebooks SOC are mainly divided into three tiers: Premium, Mainstream, and Entry.
MediaTek’s Tablets SOC are mainly categorized as: Dimensity for Tablets, Helio for Tablets, and Wi-Fi Only Tablets.
The functions and specifications of MT8788, MT8766, MT8768, and MT8786 are as follows:
MT8788 uses the MediaTek AIOT chip platform, with a maximum frequency of up to 2.0GHz. Additionally, the video input interface of the MT8788 core board is based on the MIPI_CSI standard, supporting three cameras with a maximum resolution of 32MP. Users can choose the appropriate camera model based on their actual needs to ensure image quality and shooting effects.

Additionally, it supports NFC, RFID, infrared, AI voice, and AI facial recognition functions. In terms of positioning systems, it supports GPS, Glonass, Beidou, and Galileo. For visual applications, the MT8768 processor supports up to three camera interfaces, enabling 21MP@30fps high-definition photography, and is equipped with a 13+8MP hardware dual-camera configuration. MT8786 uses TSMC’s 12nm FinFET technology, consisting of 2×Cortex A75 + 6×Cortex A55, where the large core A75 has a frequency of 2.0GHz, and the GPU is ARM Mali-G52.
