HOLTEK Launches Wide Voltage 32-bit Microcontroller Series Based on Arm Cortex-M0+

丨Product Introduction丨

HOLTEK has launched a brand new 5V wide voltage 32-bit Flash microcontroller series HT32F502xx based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, including products HT32F50220/30/31/41, with a maximum operating speed of 20 MHz and an operating voltage of 2.5 V ~ 5.5 V. It is suitable for various application fields, such as security applications, industrial control, smart home appliances, home automation, healthcare, and power systems.

The entire series of HT32F502xx has a Flash capacity of 16 ~ 64 KB and an SRAM capacity of 4 ~ 8 KB. It features a built-in hardware divider for higher computational efficiency and is equipped with rich peripheral resources, including a 12-channel 1 Msps SAR ADC and a 16-channel 16-bit PWM, along with multiple high-speed peripherals such as USART, UART, SPI, I²C, and RTC. Additionally, it includes a high-precision internal RC oscillator that provides two frequencies of 20 MHz and 32 kHz, with a safety mechanism for automatic switching to the internal RC oscillator when the external crystal oscillator fails, as well as various power management modes, Power-On Reset (POR), multi-level low voltage detection (LVD), and brown-out detection (BOD) functions to ensure the safety and stability of system operation.

The packaging types include 28SOP, 24/28SSOP, 24/33QFN, and 44/48LQFP, with GPIO pins ranging from 18 to 40. Among them, the 28SOP and 44/48LQFP packages have independent power pins VDDIO, supporting an additional 1.8 V ~ 5.5 V I/O operating voltage, providing excellent resources and flexibility.

The development platform supports professional IDE vendors such as IAR and Keil. Holtek provides its own low-cost learning boards and development toolkits, ICE tool e-Link32 Pro, driver libraries for all peripherals, application example source codes, and various application guides, along with HOLTEK’s ISP (In-System Programming) and IAP (In-Application Programming) technology solutions, making firmware upgrades easy and assisting customers in shortening product development timelines.
