“The process equipment currently released has gone through strict technical research, program verification, conceptual design, detailed design, manufacturing processes, product release, and other professional processes before being launched in the market. In the development of new technologies, relying on the Hai Muxing Research Institute’s foundation of science + engineering technology support (physical【electric, magnetic, thermal, solid, fluid, light, kinematics】)+ mathematics system building and in-depth research, to solve various common problems faced by new technologies, aiming to reduce resource waste and meet customer needs.” said Wang.

Equipment Introduction.The Mini LED laser mass bonding equipment is mainly used for the welding of all LED chips on the lamp surface during the Mini LED module process, replacing the reflow soldering in traditional processes, suitable for Mini LED direct display modules, backlight boards, and various products such as COB packaging and MIP packaging. The welding speed can reach over 10mm/s, with advantages such as energy saving and emission reduction, high production efficiency yield, strong product compatibility, and easy equipment operation and maintenance.

Equipment Features:1)Large size homogenized flat-top laser spot, effectively ensuring the temperature uniformity of the welding area and the stability of the welding effect;2)High-precision coaxial infrared temperature measurement system, effectively improving response speed, temperature control accuracy, and meeting the precise temperature measurement of different material samples, such as glass substrates, aluminum substrates, fiberglass boards, FPC; 3)Can achieve high-speed line scanning welding and large-size product splicing welding;4)Energy-saving and environmentally friendly, flexible and controllable, strong product compatibility, easy equipment debugging and maintenance, small footprint, and higher production efficiency yield.

Physical Pushing Equipment.Mechanical Repair highlights are as follows: 1)Fast focusing, solving the problem of inconsistent product heights; 2)Pushing knife can be customized, and the size of the pushing knife can be customized according to the customer’s chip size; the pushing knife uses special alloys, with high hardness and not easy to wear; 3)Pushing crystal path can be adjusted according to pad distribution, adjusting the pushing action, effectively reducing solder bridging; 4)Real-time visual processing system, achieving real-time monitoring of product status and pushing process during processing.
2. Laser Repair Welding Equipment. Highlights are as follows: 1)Using high-performance laser, independently developed by Hai Muxing, with good beam quality, stable light output; 2)Laser spot can be customized, with good spot uniformity; 3)Fast automatic focusing, solving the problem of inconsistent product heights; 4)Real-time visual processing system, achieving real-time monitoring of product status and welding process during processing.
Hai Muxing’s laser trimming process has reached stable production, with customer verification results of first-time outcomes: yield 100% (240/240); second-time results: yield 100% (300/300); third-time results: yield 100% (300/300).
