The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education encourages universities to offer outsourcing service specialization in computer-related majors, add outsourcing courses and practical training sessions, and establish a platform and mechanism for jointly cultivating students through deep integration of schools and enterprises. The JinKeng Computer Major successfully applied for this project in 2018, establishing this class in the network direction. l Network (Provincial Embedded) Direction: This major targets enterprises, operators, small and medium-sized network group companies, and other fields related to social informatization, cultivating students with basic qualities in computer technology and comprehensive qualities in network technology, mastering knowledge in computer network system engineering construction, application, management, and maintenance. Students will have comprehensive vocational abilities in the field of computer applications, as well as specialized abilities for specific job positions in this field, capable of engaging in network construction, troubleshooting, application management, and sales and after-sales service of computer and network products for small and medium-sized enterprises.

l Software Direction: This major targets manufacturing and service enterprises in the software industry, as well as other fields related to social informatization, cultivating students with good comprehensive qualities, mastering the basic theories, methods, and techniques of interface design, program design, and database design, and possessing general abilities in software development and programming. Graduates can engage in software technical services, development of web-based applications and components, software testing, and after-sales service in the software industry.

l National Defense Preparatory Class Direction: This major targets the military, cultivating high-quality compound skilled talents who not only master the basic qualities of computer technology and comprehensive qualities in network technology but also undergo necessary military training.
