Baiming AI Robot



In June 2025, to continuously improve the quality of product services, the Baiming AI Robot project team at the Technology Center launched a special research plan. This research focuses on “real scenarios and real needs” and aims to capture the core pain points and potential needs of users during the usage process through a three-dimensional approach involving questionnaire surveys, in-store interviews, and video interviews with the product research team.
The interviews primarily targeted “high-value deep users” and “exploratory users”.
We specially invited three of the most active “high-value deep users” and two of the top questioners, who asked the most non-recommended questions, to participate in the product research interviews. Through face-to-face communication, we focused on the functions and needs in actual usage scenarios, and on-site customized commemorative gifts were given as incentives.

High-Value Deep Users
High-value deep users unanimously reported that the Baiming AI Robot has become an indispensable intelligent assistant in store operations. This innovative tool significantly enhances work efficiency through its intelligent data retrieval function, saving approximately data query time, allowing more focus on store sales and management tasks, effectively promoting the overall operational efficiency of the store.
Senior store managers Sun Linlin and Li Shuqing shared their experiences using the intelligent tool during the interview: innovatively adopting a “AI + Dama” dual-system collaborative working model. In daily operations, for single-point data queries, they efficiently use the Baiming AI Robot to quickly obtain information; when comprehensive decision-making is needed, such as analyzing overall store sales trends, they switch to Dama to conduct in-depth operational diagnostics of individual stores through its powerful visualization report function. This collaborative and digital tool usage strategy ensures the timeliness of daily operations while bringing digital analysis to store management.

Frontline sales associate Sang Jing shared her experience using digital tools, stating that the Baiming AI Robot can basically cover daily data query needs. However, she also provided optimization suggestions: hoping the system could add local brand store and personal sales data to better understand store and personal sales performance and rankings within the brand. These functional upgrades will help frontline sales personnel more accurately define their positioning, thus formulating more targeted sales strategies.

Exploratory Users
Two “exploratory users” stated during the on-site interviews that the AI assistant provides a good one-stop service experience, eliminating the need for multiple platform switches, and the intelligent recommendation function received high praise. At the same time, they also provided precise optimization suggestions: hoping the system could categorize recommended questions professionally (e.g., sales analysis, inventory management, etc.) to further enhance the tool’s efficiency and professionalism.

Based on the user feedback from this in-depth research, the project team actively listens to the voices and needs of frontline personnel and is committed to the iterative optimization of the Baiming AI Robot. In the future, AI will deeply integrate into stores, highly merging with store scenarios, and through intelligent and digital data analysis, assist in enhancing the efficiency of the “people, goods, and environment” in all operational scenarios, ultimately achieving business support through AI.
