The Multicell-PLUS provides an extremely flexible and customizable device for parallel screening of chemical reactions under high-pressure conditions.

It offers various cell capacities and configurations, with a rated pressure of up to 200 barg and operating temperatures up to 300°C or even higher, depending on the selected options.

Many factory add-on options are available for heating, cooling, stirring, sampling/adding, condensing, liquid filling, gas sampling, etc.

Technical Specifications:*Each Multicell-PLUS series reactor is custom manufactured in the UK according to your specific requirements*Standard material is 316 stainless steel, with alternative materials available for higher temperatures and enhanced chemical resistance*Strongly recommended optional support frame and laboratory lift table*Unique Multicell-Plus safety interlock system*Optional motor-driven magnetic coupling top stirring system, suitable for high-viscosity materials*Standard configuration includes 8×30 mL reaction vessels, supporting 4/6/10 vessel combinations, with a maximum single vessel volume of 100 mL*Standard unit operating conditions reach 50 barg working pressure and 200°C working temperature*Expandable to 200 barg working pressure and temperatures above 300°C*Compact design: 4/6 vessel units have a diameter of 220mm, while 8/10 vessel assemblies have a diameter of 310mm*Basic model supports shared gas inlet, allowing a single gas source to supply multiple reaction vessels in parallel*Optional independent isolation system allows each reaction vessel to conduct pressurized reactions with different chemical components separately, ensuring no cross-contaminationIn addition to heating via hot plate stirrers, various heating/cooling solutions are also available
