Outstanding Performance: A Versatile Player with Self-controlled Domestic CPU

CCFC2012BC is based on Guoxin Technology’s self-developed C*Core PowerPC core (compatible with NXP e200), with a clock frequency of up to 120MHz, meeting the stringent AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standards for automotive electronics and passing ISO 26262 ASIL-B functional safety certification. Its core performance advantages include:

High Integration

Integrates 1.5MB FLASH, 128KB SRAM, supports 8 channels of CAN/CAN FD, 10 channels of LIN, 6 channels of SPI, and 2 12-bit ADCs (a total of 53 channels), capable of simultaneously handling multi-protocol communication and complex timing control.

Flexible Expansion

Offers various packaging forms such as LQFP176/144/100/64 to meet the diverse needs of body control.

Safe and Reliable

Built-in ECC protection mechanism ensures zero defects in data storage and transmission, meeting the “zero tolerance” quality requirements of automotive electronics.

Research and Development Breakthrough: Overcoming Trust Barriers with Technology

Technological innovation and breakthroughs are the core driving forces for the CCFC2012BC chip to gain market recognition. In the early stages of chip development, the project team faced dual challenges of needing to be compatible with the entire product line of SPC5604 and SPC5607 series and significantly compressing the development cycle. Leveraging Guoxin Technology’s years of accumulated experience in automotive-grade chip design and deep technical reserves, the R&D team successfully overcame compatibility design challenges through efficient collaboration and precise problem-solving, laying a crucial foundation for the timely launch of the product.

During the official product launch phase in 2022, to seize the opportunity presented by the industry’s “chip shortage” window, the R&D team completed the preparation of testing software ahead of schedule, achieving testing and delivery to customer application testing within several working days after the chip arrival; during the customer production phase, the team continued to provide full technical support, promptly responding to and resolving issues that arose during production, ensuring stable operation of the customer’s production line and smooth product rollout. In response to a leading automaker’s stringent testing requirement of “low-power wake-up at high temperatures for 100,000 times”—a test that previously required international chip manufacturers to modify hardware design to meet—Guoxin Technology’s R&D team conducted a comprehensive review and optimization from the design source, ultimately passing the test without adjusting the hardware scheme, fully validating the technical reliability of domestic chips.

In July 2022, amid the industry’s “chip shortage” wave, a leading OEM faced the risk of production stagnation due to a lack of domestic replacement chips for its airbag module. After evaluation, the CCFC2012BC chip met the technical requirements of this OEM, prompting Guoxin Technology to initiate an emergency project. At that time, the chip had just achieved mass production, and the company quickly dispatched a technical team to the city where the OEM was located, implementing a 24-hour standby mechanism: completing hardware design and board return work within one week, followed by software porting and vehicle testing within another week, and closely tracking high-temperature road testing, ultimately ensuring the project successfully achieved mass production and effectively alleviating the customer’s production crisis.

Wide Application: Covering Core Scenarios in Automotive Electronics

Guoxin Technology’sCCFC2012BC chip is widely used in the automotive electronics field, covering multiple key application areas such asairbags, body control, gateways, air conditioning controllers, BMS, and VCU. In the airbag sector, Guoxin Technology has engaged in extensive cooperation with domestic airbag module manufacturers. For example, in collaboration with Songyuan Co., a supporting solution of “CCFC201XBC series + CCL1600B series” was adopted for Songyuan’s airbag controller project, where CCFC2012BC serves as the main control chip, having been fully validated for its reliability and stability in airbag systems.

In body control applications, CCFC2012BC can be used for window, wiper, air conditioning control, door locks, doors, seats, tire pressure monitoring, switches, and other BCM applications, as well as for new energy VCU, all of which have achieved mass production. In automotive gateway applications, the powerful multi-protocol communication capability of CCFC2012BC enables efficient data transmission and conversion between different automotive networks. Additionally, the CCFC2012BC series chips have also been successfully applied in customers’ chassis products such as shifters, ABS, and EPBI, achieving bulk supply.

Currently, the CCFC2012BC series chips have been scaled up for delivery in leading automotive companies such asBYD, SAIC, FAW, Changan, Chery, Geely, and Dongfeng, covering over80 vehicle models. The widespread application of the CCFC2012BC chip among these automakers fully demonstrates that its product performance has received high market recognition.
