You must band together to have a bigger future!” As the “leader” of the Jiangmen circuit board industry, Chongda Circuit continuously carries out technological innovation. Yang Lin stated, “The company is currently focusing on joint R&D innovations with equipment manufacturers, hoping to continuously improve technology levels, reduce costs, and produce better, faster, and cheaper circuit boards, making the cost of Chinese printed circuit boards (PCBs) more competitive!”“Among peers, there is not only competition but also collaboration!” Yang Lin believes that each enterprise has its unique characteristics. The “Craftsman Lecture Hall” is a great platform for learning from each other.Yang Lin gave an example, stating that Chongda Circuit has advantages in cost control and automation; the party building work and vertical supply chain model of Rongxin Circuit Board are worth learning from in the industry. “We hope to achieve collaborative innovation and development in the industry under the leadership of the industry chain party committee.”
Rongxin Circuit Board, mentioned by Yang Lin, is Jiangmen Rongxin Circuit Board Co., Ltd., which is also one of the first manufacturing enterprises introduced to Jianghai District. “It’s like playing table tennis; if you play with an ordinary person, it’s hard to improve. “I have seen many small-scale enterprises in Jianghai District that do certain things better than we do,” Zheng Jiaping gave examples, “There is a company that makes car wireless chargers with 18 layers of winding; we can’t even make one inductance tester. Another company makes light strips over a meter long, which we also can’t produce. Therefore, small enterprises can also achieve great things as long as they excel in their niche areas!”How can we connect small and large enterprises into a chain, clustering them together? “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. We must liberate our minds and bravely step out!” Many representatives from enterprises present believed that the “Craftsman Lecture Hall” organized by the District Committee’s Organization Department is a good breakthrough point.In fact, as the “mother of the electronics industry,” circuit boards are not only an essential part of Jianghai District’s new generation of electronic information industry but also an inseparable part of the smart home appliance industry, playing a crucial role in the overall construction of Jianghai District’s modern industrial system. Bridging between emerging industries and traditional industries, the circuit board industry must keep pace with the times and adapt to local conditions for industrial breakthroughs, developing new productive forces.“Although Jiangmen has many circuit board companies, due to actual circumstances, a local industry association has not yet formed. Now, with the new party organization taking the lead, both small and large enterprises have a ‘backing’, making it more confident to develop!” Yang Lin stated that this will unblock the entire vertical supply chain, allowing everyone in the industry to have opportunities to broaden their horizons. When small factories encounter difficulties, industry experts can step in to solve them, significantly reducing development obstacles.As the second guest of the “Craftsman Lecture Hall”, Yang Lin’s successor, Zheng Jiaping, has prepared early: “I have witnessed the rapid development of the Chinese circuit board industry from single-sided, double-sided, multi-layer to HDI, from ordinary materials to high-frequency and high-speed, from assisted driving to autonomous driving PCBs.
