At the finals of the third Artificial Intelligence Product Application Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, which concluded successfully in July 2025, 30 companies gathered to engage in a peak showdown of innovation capabilities. This competition was hosted by the New Generation Artificial Intelligence Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and co-organized by SISPARK (Suzhou International Science and Technology Park), Suzhou Qizhi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Smart Silicon Valley Technology Co., Ltd., and Spike Entrepreneurship Academy. It aims to discover and cultivate innovative projects in the AI field, assist in industrial transformation, and promote the comprehensive upgrade of the artificial intelligence industry. The organizers collaborated closely with over 200 investment institutions, simultaneously reaching nearly a thousand equity investment institutions online, striving to create one of the domestic “AI entrepreneurship competitions with the most participating investment institutions.” At the finals, a professional jury composed of seven senior investors conducted strict evaluations through two rounds: the roadshow competition and the intended investment competition, assessing projects from multiple dimensions such as core technology, application prospects, and market potential, ultimately selecting numerous outstanding projects that injected new vitality into the development of the artificial intelligence industry.

For terminal devices with limited computing resources but high requirements for data security and operational stability, it provides a high-security kernel that supports the highest CC standard (Level 7) verifiable security base, as well as a presentation in RTOS/Type-1 Hypervisor form (Level 5+). Currently, only a few leading manufacturers in China meet the same conditions. The Haiwei system ensures high availability for devices, guaranteeing cluster availability in the event of node or component failures, supporting device status monitoring, IoT system fault diagnosis microservices; supporting precise fault root cause diagnosis and propagation path identification, as well as system fault root cause analysis and predictive warning. It provides customized optimal solutions for customers, supporting automated OS customization for customer devices, and has hot-swappable capabilities to maximize device resource utilization.

For edge computing devices that require cluster management, it provides high-resilience distributed task execution and autonomy, supporting container migration between edge and cloud, and code migration between endpoints and edges; supporting autonomy on the edge side after the central platform loses connection, which can be understood as having been decentralized, allowing edge clusters to autonomously schedule and ensure the normal operation of node applications; providing real-time fine-grained resource monitoring and task scheduling capabilities to meet the dual low requirements of system task response across various industries, ensuring that critical tasks can receive timely and accurate responses. Through kernel code optimization, it achieves efficient task scheduling and resource management, enhancing overall performance. It provides strong collaboration for heterogeneous distributed systems, supports masking heterogeneity, and is compatible with CRI-compliant lightweight container systems; supports real-time tasks using pass-through driver modes to ensure efficient task execution, and is compatible with lightweight container systems supporting K8S and K3S, supporting real-time monitoring and scheduling. We have over 60 Linux kernel real-time optimizations, application tools supporting microsecond-level precision industrial latency requirements, and scalable computing power with dynamic scheduling in both north-south and east-west directions.

On the cloud side, the Haiwei system adopts an integrated edge-cloud approach, effectively addressing modern data processing and analysis challenges by combining the advantages of cloud computing, edge computing, and terminal devices. This approach reduces latency, eliminates the need for long-distance data transmission, and improves response speed; alleviates pressure on the central cloud by processing large amounts of edge data, allowing the central cloud to focus on other tasks; and processes sensitive data at the edge, reducing the risk of privacy leakage.
