Product night vision enhancement: Infrared light enhancement uses two surface-mounted infrared LEDs distributed on the left and right +透红外PC lens; white light enhancement uses one surface-mounted white LED + directly opened lens, connected to the SENSOR board via a 10PIN FFC.
Product vertical rotation: The vertical motor is fixed with two plastic brackets + two screws to form a module, which is then fixed to the front shell of the body. The motor shaft has a small gear + the side has a gear that matches the ball head front shell. The motor shaft rotation drives the ball head to achieve vertical rotation along the product body trajectory. The motor manufacturer is Shenzhen Hongzhifa’s HZF-20BYJ26, DC 5V specification.
Product horizontal rotation: The horizontal motor is fixed on the front shell of the body, and its track-type rotation shaft is directly inserted into the bottom cover and fixed with machine screws, allowing the motor shaft to drive the entire body to achieve horizontal rotation. The motor manufacturer is Shenzhen Zhengde Zhikong’s 24BYJ28, DC 5V specification.
Product heat dissipation: Achieved through the main chip.
Product antenna: The FPC antenna is attached to the back cover of the body using 3M adhesive, and connected to the mainboard via a feed line.
Product audio: The MIC is designed in the front shell of the body, sealed and fixed by glue; the speaker is designed on the back shell of the body, with a specification of 20MM; the fixing method is sealed with glue, and the two are distributed in opposite directions at 180 degrees.

The built-in NPU supports INT8 mixed operations, with a computing power of up to 0.5TOPs.RV1106B introduces a new generation of fully hardware maximum 5-megapixel ISP sensor, supporting MIPI CSI interface, allowing users to build a system that receives video data from two LSCs, performing 3DNR, 2DNR, sharpening, dehazing, gamma correction, etc. (Image Signal Processing). It implements many algorithm accelerators, such as HDR, 3A, used in conjunction with two cameras. The video encoder embedded in RV1106B supports H.265/H.264 video encoding and also supports multi-stream encoding. Design reference:
Fixed design for the driving motor: The 20 specification motor is limited and fixed using a plastic bracket, while the motor shaft has a small gear mechanism and is fixed to the front shell with four screws.Shell matching design: The black plastic front shell side is designed with matching serrations; when the small gear driven by the motor rotates, it drives the ball head shell for overall vertical movement.
Effective benefits:
Achieved a stacked design under the premise of insufficient space for the ball head, completing the vertical movement of the ball head.
