After 2016, most front-end and back-end developers cannot engage in architecture design as they have been filled by those who entered the industry earlier; they will only be able to perform CRUD operations until they are 35.
Without embedded systems, one might only be able to scratch the surface of those industries with MATLAB or Python, and may not even be able to enter the field.
Lastly, considering I need to hire people, I’ll say a word about front-end and back-end roles:
Front-end: React is familiar, and Vue is easy to learn after looking at it, but the reverse may not hold true. Although newcomers should start with Vue, don’t discard React. If you want a high salary, pay more attention to Web3D, as there are many opportunities with fewer people.
There are many people, and it’s very competitive. You need to learn both Java and Go; starting with Java is better. Learning one will make the other easier. It’s best to understand K8s and Map-Reduce concepts. Newcomers who have no exposure might not even be worth 10K.
