These projects all utilize autonomous and controllable automatic control systems, marking a breakthrough in mass supply in the field of autonomy and control for Sifang Co., Ltd.
In the field of industrial automation control, DCS/PLC is an important component of industrial control systems, with a vast market capacity both in China and globally. However, foreign brands have always dominated this market, and even domestically produced products often rely on imported core chips. As the urgency for “supply security” and “information security” increases, Sifang Co., Ltd. has formulated a comprehensive strategy for the development of industrial automation, industrial internet, and artificial intelligence, based on the premise of autonomy and control, and has developed a new generation of intelligent control systems. The new generation of intelligent control systems employs fully autonomous and controllable chips, software, and hardware design, possessing complete independent intellectual property rights.
The intelligent control system consists of two horizontal components: automation and intelligence, and a vertical three-layer architecture comprising industrial internet, intelligent control, and industrial I/O. The system achieves an integrated architecture of OT and IT, incorporating SCADA and intelligent monitoring functions; it introduces industrial identification and intelligent computing, enabling an intelligent control mode where artificial intelligence directly participates in control; the system also realizes significant technological advancements in automation technology, employing a decoupled architecture that allows for multi-bus parallel expansion and flexible expansion network architecture based on industrial Ethernet, achieving an integrated DCS/PLC architecture and distributed expansion of multi-scenario I/O. CSC-800 Controller
The CSC-800 controller features an integrated structure design with a vertical installation and direct external wiring, reducing intermediate processes. The overall installation and wiring are very simple, with uniform heat dissipation, high reliability, and easy maintenance, making it suitable for various medium and large DCS/PLC scenarios, meeting the application needs of industries such as power generation, chemical, petrochemical, building materials, and pharmaceuticals.
CSC-850 Controller
The CSC-850 controller is a dedicated PLC developed for rack-mounted installation scenarios, featuring a 19″ metal chassis installation structure, with EMC protection level reaching the highest standard. It is suitable for scenarios where the cabinet adopts a rack-mounted structure, such as hydropower, water conservancy, grid control, and electrical automation integration.
CSC-870 Controller
The CSC-870 controller is a versatile, compact PLC suitable for various applications in power generation, municipal, oil and gas, metallurgy, and other industries.
This autonomous and controllable product has been developed since the end of 2020, with continuous iterative development leading to the realization of a fully functional new generation intelligent control system. It has passed certifications from the China Electrotechnical Society, Germany’s TUV CE certification, safety certification, and autonomous controllability review. The product has been market-tested and has achieved numerous applications in autonomous controllable projects across various industries, including hydropower, water conservancy, heating, integrated energy, new energy phase-shifting devices, hydrogen energy, and pharmaceuticals. Notably, in the hydropower sector, contracts for autonomous controllable systems have been signed with multiple hydropower stations such as Gezhouba, Three Gorges, Jinniuping, and Zhatang, with some projects in operation for over a year, demonstrating stable on-site performance and performance indicators that meet or exceed those of imported automatic control systems. The product’s cost-effectiveness, ease of use, safety, and reliability have been recognized by users.
