Implementation of ‘Dual Responsibilities’ Report
Over the past six months, I have diligently implemented the spirit of the relevant documents on party conduct and integrity, strictly adhered to the regulations of the responsibility system for party conduct and integrity, and acted in accordance with the party’s organizational principles and discipline. I have maintained self-respect, self-reflection, self-discipline, and self-motivation, living a frugal and simple life, exercising the power entrusted by the party and the people correctly, and consciously fulfilling the‘dual responsibilities’, while accepting supervision from both within and outside the party.
1. Focus on Learning to Enhance Awareness.
I have consistently emphasized the company’s learning system, actively participating in collective learning organized by the company, joining the production party branch study group, and maintaining a habit of writing reading notes and reflections. I combine theoretical learning with practical business knowledge, paying attention to learning in work practice. Additionally, I focus on educating the staff in my department through various methods. Through learning, I have made certain improvements, enriched my policy theory and business knowledge to some extent, updated my thinking, changed my style, and enhanced my consciousness of being a qualified party member.
2. Consciously Fulfill‘Dual Responsibilities’.
In my work, I consciously fulfill my job responsibilities, adhere to principles, dare to take responsibility, and prioritize the overall situation over personal gains and losses, striving to align my department’s work with the company’s overall objectives. My work style has become more practical than before, allowing me to connect more with reality and motivate the staff in my department. My working methods have become more humane, with greater emphasis on foundational work, successfully completing various work tasks. I have always focused on the self-construction of the production department, coordinating various tasks. I strictly manage internal operations, strengthen ideological and political work based on actual conditions, and maintain a balance of warmth and strictness in my requirements for the staff, encouraging colleagues to love their jobs and contribute selflessly. Over the past six months, the staff has shown good morale, a positive work state, and has consciously complied with party discipline and national laws, with no violations occurring.
3. Focus on Quality and Strive for Excellence in Projects.
We have deeply implemented the scientific outlook on development, focusing on strengthening management and further improving the quality assurance system. My department is responsible for five 35 kV rural power grid renovation and upgrading projects. I actively participate in formulating and improving quality management methods, earnestly implementing the inspection and directives from provincial, municipal, and company leaders. Based on the instructions from higher authorities, I deploy the next phase of work, accelerate project progress, ensure quality control, and achieve the overall objectives.
During comprehensive inspections of the construction units under my department, I identified shortcomings and existing problems, and initiated rectifications. I also require responsible personnel at all levels in my department to earnestly fulfill their work responsibilities, focusing on project quality, and effectively managing pre-control, controllable factors, and re-control to strive for excellence in projects.
