Oscilloscope Practical Series: 51 Parameter Measurements

When analyzing the characteristics of a signal, it is necessary to examine the measurement results of various parameters of that signal. The ZDS2022 oscilloscope is equipped with the capability to measure 51 different parameters. This video demonstrates this function in practice.

Typically, when analyzing the characteristics of a signal, we rely on the measurement results of various parameters. The ZDS2022 oscilloscope has the capability to measure 51 different parameters. We input a signal, press the 【Measure】 button, and select the measurement items. On the screen, we can see 51 measurement parameters, including voltage, time, count, and four other types. The menu bar also specifically sets up voltage measurement and time measurement. By selecting voltage measurement, the oscilloscope will automatically choose commonly used parameters within the voltage category.

When comprehensive measurement is selected, the system will automatically choose 24 commonly used measurement items from the 51 parameters. Returning to the main interface, we can see 24 measurement results displayed in real-time on the screen. Each measurement result includes four types: maximum value, minimum value, average value, and standard deviation. By observing the maximum and minimum values, we can quickly understand whether there are any anomalies in the waveform. By observing the average and standard deviation, we can quickly assess the overall characteristics of the signal.
