In terms of interaction, the AI head assembly adopts an integrated structural design, combining components such as a flexible display, microphone array, and depth camera. The multimodal AI interaction system it carries can achieve voice interaction, facial recognition tracking, and precise intent recognition, allowing robots to “not only understand what you say but also what you feel,” significantly enhancing the naturalness and real-time performance of human-machine interaction.
In terms of control, the global controller based on the NVIDIA Jetson Thor chip is regarded as the “super brain” of the robot, with AI computing power reaching 2070 TOPS, which is 7.5 times that of the previous generation Orin, with CPU performance improved by 3.1 times and energy efficiency improved by 3.5 times. It supports real-time inference of large models with hundreds of billions of parameters on the edge and is compatible with automotive-grade interfaces and protocols, easily handling high-dynamic, high-precision complex scenarios.In terms of energy, addressing the pain points of robot endurance, Jiangsu Electronics has launched an embedded high-energy-density battery pack and a new generation of wireless charging solutions. The battery pack has an energy density exceeding 280Wh/kg, supports continuous discharge of 36A, and charges from 0-80% in just 10 minutes, with a cycle life exceeding 1000 times, available in both embedded and backpack forms to adapt to different types of robots; the wireless charging system enables automatic charging of robots, completely eliminating the need for manual intervention. Currently, related energy products have been sampled to partners such as Zhiyuan Robotics and Galaxy General.
